As each excursion are tailored made, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation terms below:

To confirm your scenic flight experience, a reservation deposit of $200.00 BZD ($100.00 USD) is required at the time of booking. Any other trips require a deposit of $100.00 BZD ($50.00 USD).

The reservation deposit is non-refundable and secures your scheduled date & time.

Excluding the deposit, cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure can receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the departure day, are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking value.

Cancellations made on the same day of departure are non-refundable.

As mentioned each departure is meticulously planned to ensure an exceptional and seamless experience for everyone. Late cancellations impact reserved times and other awaiting guests.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and therefore encourage everyone to notify us at their earliest convenience. We appreciate your time, understanding and cooperation in this matter.

1. Referral & Limitation of Liability

Independent Third‑Party Operators All tours, excursions, activities, transportation services, and experiences promoted, recommended, or arranged by Into The Blue Excursions (hereinafter the “Company”) are conducted, operated, and controlled exclusively by independent third‑party service providers (the “Operators”).

The Company acts solely as a referral, facilitator, or intermediary in connecting clients with such Operators. The Company does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control any vessel, aircraft, vehicle, equipment, premises, personnel, or activity associated with the referred tours.

No Agency Relationship

Nothing herein shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or representative relationship between the Company and any Operator. Each Operator is solely responsible for the execution, safety, operational standards, insurance coverage, licensing, staffing, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to their respective tours and services.

2. Assumption Risk

By booking, participating in, or attending any referred tour or activity, the client voluntarily assumes all risks inherent in such activities, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, illness, property damage, disability, emotional distress, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Into The Blue Excursions, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Personal injury
• Bodily harm
• Illness
• Property damage
• Loss of property
• Delay
• Accident
• Death
• Acts or omissions
• Negligence of any Operator

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to any referred tour or activity.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge and agree that it is their sole responsibility to review and accept the terms, waivers, safety guidelines, and insurance provisions provided by the respective Operator prior to participation.
